I’m Lee-Roy Erasmus, a Procurement and Supply Chain Consultant with 15+ years of experience across logistics, sourcing, planning, and operational leadership. I’ve worked across diverse sectors including agriculture, manufacturing, retail, and FMCG, in both start-ups and multinational organizations.

My strength lies in delivering practical, results-driven solutions: from strategic procurement and vendor negotiations to ERP systems, MRP planning, and international logistics.
